CEO integrates loans into connected programs

CEO makes loans through partnerships with community-based non-profit organizations. Our loans support local asset-building programs and help borrowers build credit and access capital to enhance their financial resilience.

CEO was founded by the International Rescue Committee, to further catalyze the economic gains of more than 50,000 primarily refugee and immigrant individuals who access IRC’s services in the U.S. each year.
